Fund Management

Have you, your family member, group home resident or client received new passport funding or not used your funding allocation?

If so, do you find yourself?

  • Lacking time or ability to deal with the administrative burden of keeping track of the bills from respite workers, product purchases, day programs, taxi chits, bus passes, meals, admissions, tuition fees and other eligible passport expenses and submitting them correctly using the Passport system?

  • Lacking money to pre-pay for products, respite and community support workers and other Passport expenses?

  • Losing invoices and receipts and not getting reimbursed for them?

  • Purchasing products and services and finding out after the fact that passport will not reimburse you for those purchases because they do not qualify?

  • Purchasing electronics, recreation or sensory products that do qualify for funding by the passport funding program, but accidently exceeding the amounts available in your budget for those products and not getting paid back?

And :

Not using up all of your passport allocation and returning a minor or major part of the passport budget back to the Government?
