Paul and Janet Kalmykow, the owners and operators of Improving Lives In-Home Care have over 35 years' experience in working with clients with autism spectrum disorders and Dual Diagnosis – they have lived the life of needing group home and fund management assistance since the birth of their first son and sharing of their home with a foster son.
Having a son with severe handicaps including profound Autism, Developmental Delay and Cerebral Palsy meant hiring and training respite workers and caregivers continually, and working with residential service providers, social workers and placing agencies.
As a result of these experiences, Improving Lives In-Home Care is able to offer competent and compassionate assistance to your family - because Janet and Paul have been where you are now.
